Young adults comprise a key group for evangelization, faith formation and stewardship formation. The Office for Young Adult and Campus Ministry reaches out to young adults on college and university campuses, in parishes and in the community to engage them in their faith, to discern their vocation in the New Evangelization, to strengthen their commitment to Christ and His Church, and to develop compassionate leaders who will actively participate in parishes as volunteers, lay ministers, religious, and clergy.
Young Adult & Campus Ministry serves with young adults ages 18-35 including college students, young singles, professionals, engaged and married couples, and new parents. Serving alongside young adults, we hope to help form you into joyful, missionary disciples who are always continuing to grow in a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ, so you can actively live your Christian vocation and participate in the mission of the Church. We hope to help you to be informed, emotionally mature people with a healthy spiritual life and integrity who live out your vocations boldly and joyfully, leading others to Christ and who carry out acts of mercy.
Working with young adults and other leaders around the Archdiocese, we hope to help you encounter Jesus in prayer, Scripture, the Sacraments, in experiences of God’s healing, in the community of the Church, and through authentic, holy friendships. We provide you with opportunities to grow in your faith and understanding, and in your relationships with Jesus and others. And we’ll help equip and inspire you to live life as joyful, missionary disciples leading others to deeper relationships with Christ and His Church.
