Archdiocesan Cemeteries

The first call to make after the death of a loved one should be to your parish. You should also contact a funeral home following the death when actually making funeral plans.

Your parish priest or pastoral ministers are prepared to help you with the liturgical and spiritual matters. The funeral director and the Catholic cemetery will coordinate with the parish in formulating funeral arrangements.

As a ministry of the Archdiocese of Detroit, the Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is a non-profit organization founded in faith and dedicated to providing education, support and resources during life’s most difficult moments.
