Come, Encounter Christ: An Evening for Youth and Families
All middle school and high school youth, along with their families, are invited to join us for Come Encounter Christ at Christ, Our Light! Parish in Troy on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This event is free, and registration is not necessary.
This special evening is designed to help young people and their families step away from the busyness of daily life and encounter the living presence of Jesus Christ. Through an inspiring talk by one of the newly ordained diocesan priests, uplifting live music, opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and time spent in Eucharistic Adoration, participants will be invited to deepen their relationship with the Lord and experience His love, mercy, and peace.
Whether attending as part of a parish or school group, as a family, or with friends, youth will have the opportunity to pray, reflect, and be renewed in faith alongside others from across the Archdiocese. This is a meaningful opportunity for those present to grow together spiritually and to respond to Christ's invitation to know Him more deeply.
