Archbishop Weisenburger promulgates norms regarding the celebration of the traditional Latin Mass in the Archdiocese of Detroit

On June 12, 2025, Archbishop Weisenburger issued a decree promulgating updated norms for the celebration of the traditional Latin Mass in the Archdiocese of Detroit. These norms are in alignment with the Holy See’s directives, while also ensuring continued pastoral care for our brothers and sisters who have found spiritual richness in this form of the liturgy.
