Reverend Philip Ching

Reverend Philip Ching appointed Pastor of St. Mary Mystical Rose Parish, Armada, effective July 1, 2021. This appointment is in addition to his current assignments as Pastor of Holy Family Parish, Memphis and St. Augustine Parish, Richmond, thus making him the Pastor of all three parishes in the newly formed Blue Water Vicariate Family 1.
