Reverend Joseph Fox, O.P., with the concurrence of his Prior Provincial, Very Reverend Kenneth Letoile, O.P., appointed Episcopal Vicar for Specialized Canonical Services, effective March 1, 2021. Father Fox was previously serving as Vicar for Canonical Services in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
