Regarding Saints Cyril and Methodius Seminary and Orchard Lake Schools

On April 25, 2025, Bishop Walter Hurley, Rector and Administrator of Saints Cyril and Methodius Seminary, having received the permission of the Archbishop to proceed, issued a decree transferring canonical (church law) ownership of all property in the form of ecclesiastical goods belonging to Saints Cyril and Methodius Seminary to the public association of Christ's faithful that is Orchard Lake Schools, effective immediately.

On April 28, 2025, Archbishop Weisenburger issued a decree suppressing Saints Cyril and Methodius Seminary, effective immediately.
