Holy Family, Our Lady of Victory, St. James, and St. Joseph

In early 2012, these parishes, as collaboration partners, are to develop plans for evaluating programs and determining areas for collaboration, to be submitted to the Regional Moderator no later than June 30, 2012, so that upon the need to implement a cluster, the parishes will have already developed relationships. The cluster plan should be implemented when a current pastor is no longer available, if a replacement is not available to be assigned, or when any of these parishes begin to experience a net operating deficit. This may result in short term, temporary administrators assigned, or a more permanent solution.

Our Lady of Good Counsel and St. Kenneth

In early 2012, Our Lady of Good Counsel and St. Kenneth, as collaboration partners, are to develop plans for evaluating programs and determining areas for collaboration, to be submitted to the Regional Moderator by June 30, 2012, so that upon the need to implement a cluster, the parishes will have already developed relationships. The cluster plan should be implemented when a current pastor is no longer available, if a replacement is not available to be assigned, or when either parish begins to experience a net operating deficit. This would result in a short term, temporary cluster or may lead to a more permanent solution.

Resurrection, St. John Neumann, and St. Thomas a' Becket

In early 2012, the three Canton parishes of Resurrection, St. John Neumann, and St. Thomas a’ Becket, as cluster partners, are to develop two possible plans:

1. An in solidum model of parish ministry; and, or

2. A plan for a three-parish cluster.

Both plans are to be submitted to the Regional Moderator no later than December 31, 2012. The final plan will be implemented when a current pastor is no longer available, if a replacement is not available to be assigned, or when any of these parishes begin to experience a net operating deficit. Plans should commence with models for initial collaboration and include contingency plans for programming, outreach and administration, for clustering/merging the parishes, and/or closing buildings and planning for the sale of property. This may result in short term, temporary administrators assigned, or a more permanent solution.
