113th Annual Red Mass
Join Detroit Mercy Law and the legal community in celebrating the 113th Annual Red Mass. The Red Mass is an occasion for judges, attorneys, civic leaders, and law students of all faiths to come together and pray for blessings and strength in the coming year's work. Archbishop Edward J. Weisenburger will celebrate this year's Red Mass. Fr. Joseph Daoust, S.J. serves as the Homilist. The Honorable Shalina D. Kumar '96, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, will lead the Renewal of Lawyer's Oath of Commitment. A luncheon reception will immediately follow the service in the atrium at Detroit Mercy Law.
