  •  St. Ronald

St. Ronald and St. Michael

In early 2012, St. Michael (Planning Group Two) and St. Ronald are to move forward as cluster partners and develop a cluster plan to be submitted to the Regional Moderator no later than June 30, 2012. The cluster plan should be implemented when a current pastor is no longer available, if a replacement is not available to be assigned, or when either parish begins to experience a net operating deficit. Plans should commence with models for initial collaboration and include contingency plans for programming, outreach and administration, for clustering/merging the parishes, and/or closing buildings and planning for the sale of property. This may result in short term, temporary administrators assigned, or a more permanent
solution.

St. Malachy and St. Martin de Porres

In early 2012, St. Malachy and St. Martin de Porres are to move forward as cluster partners and develop a cluster plan to be submitted to the Regional Moderator no later than June 30, 2012. St. Rene Goupil and St. Anne

In early 2012, St. Rene and St. Anne are to move forward as cluster partners and develop a cluster plan to be submitted to the Regional Moderator no later than June 30, 2012. The cluster plan should be implemented when a current pastor is no longer available, if a replacement is not available to be assigned, or when either parish begins to experience a net operating deficit. St. Blase

In early 2012, St. Blase and the cluster partners of St. Ephrem and St. Jane Frances de Chantal (Planning Group Two) are to move forward as collaboration partners and develop plans for evaluating programs and determining areas for collaboration, to be submitted to the Regional Moderator no later than June 30, 2012, so that upon the need for implementation of a cluster, the parishes will have already developed relationships. A cluster plan should be implemented when a current pastor is no longer available, if a replacement is not available to be assigned, or when any of these parishes begin to experience a net operating deficit. This may result in short term, temporary administrators assigned, or a more permanent solution.
