Metro Detroit Catholics Achieve Campaign Milestone

On Wednesday, July 31, Detroit Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron will join Rev. William Tindall, pastor at St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Livonia in prayerful thanks for parishioner generosity in Changing Lives Together, which recently achieved major milestones toward its $135 million goal.

The Changing Lives Together initiative, launched in 2011, is the largest capital campaign launched by southeast Michigan-based human service nonprofits in recent years. 
 
Tens of thousands of parishioner households at more than 260 parishes in six counties of metro Detroit have made pledges to the initiative. St. Michael was the first parish in the Detroit Archdiocese to launch Changing Lives Together.

WHAT: Vespers (an evening prayer service), followed by a Changing Lives Together progress report. Interview opportunities will follow the announcement.
