Ovulation Method Classes

The Ovulation Method monitors changes in a woman's cervical mucus, which develop into a fertile pattern before ovulation. Using the method, you can also find secondary signs of fertility or infertility in the lymph nodes and in changes to a woman's body and emotions.

There are several different styles of the Ovulation Method, including the Billings Method, Family of the Americas and the Creighton Model. All methods are taught in our natural family planning classes.
