A $100 deposit is required with registration, unless applying for a
Cancellation Policy: All but $35.00 will be refunded for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the camp session. After this time no refund is given.
Return Check Fee: There is a $15.00 charge on all returned checks.
Upon Completion: Once we have processed the camper registration information, we will mail you the health form (each camper is required to have a current physical on file prior to camp), clothing list, directions to camp and bus drop off point, camper information form for your camper’s counselors, payment voucher form if not paid in full, and any additional information necessary to make the camper’s stay at CYO Camps successful. No-shows for a scheduled camp will result in forfeiture of the full camp fee.

$50 Sibling Discount - if you are registering siblings the oldest camper pays full price, all other siblings receive only one $50.00 discount – applies only to Boys, Girls and Coed Camp Weeks.
$50 Multiple Trip Discount - the first trip is full price and the subsequent sessions are discounted - Family Weekends do not qualify.
We recognize the CYO Camp program as being a most valuable step in the overall recreational and educational processes for young people today. It is our feeling that this opportunity should be available to all who desire it. For this reason, we have a Campership Fund to help families who are unable to afford the total camp fee. Please understand that we rely on donations from outside sources for this fund, and therefore may be restricted in the amount of assistance we are able to give.
PARTIAL CAMPERSHIPS ARE ONLY GRANTED FOR A ONE-WEEK CAMP SESSION AND ARE GIVEN TO HELP SUPPLEMENT THE COST OF THE CAMPING EXPERIENCE. Camperships are disbursed on a first come basis.
Online registration is not available for families requesting camperships.
